Adelaide's team was assembled from some of the region's most sought-after and award-winning executive chefs, mixologists, music purveyors and creatives. We have an American fusion menu, unique and classic gourmet cocktails, and jazz from local curated artists.
As proud owners and founding partners, Rodrick Pauley and Laura Justice, have instilled values of community, kindness, and integrity at the heart of Adelaide's. We believe that all are welcome, and we strive to do the right thing every day.
Award-winning Executive Chef Tyler Minnis created and curated the unique culinary menu. Our cocktails are crafted by expert Mixologist Jillian Smith. Scott Tournoux of Affordable Renovations and the Zen Genius team were our design partners. And, the live jazz lineup is managed and curated by Miles Smith.
